Unfortunately Jen Cook is stepping down from her title of Fundraiser Coordinator. Thank You Jen for your service in helping the committee out....SO, Troop 366 is looking for a new popcorn coordinator!
The official title is fundraising coordinator that will be shared with Candice Hope who will manage the winter wreath sales and spring candy (if it is available).

Meetings are at 8:30 eastern time per dates as follows (put them in your calendar!!):
November 17th: Gear and Equipment - (Equipment Advisor, Crew Leader, Quartermasters)
December 15th: Itineraries, Crew Dynamics and Leadership - (Crew Leader, Chaplains Aide)
January 19th: Health and Safety - (Health Advisor, Crew Leader, Health & Cert.)
February 16th: Trail Food and Cooking – (Crew Leader, Chief Cooks)
March 16th, Base Camp Procedures – (Crew Leader)
April 20th: Recap and Updates - (Crew Leader)
Scouts:
Crew leader – Sawyer Hope: Overall responsible to organize the crew, coordinate with adult advisors, assign duties, make decisions, discuss ideas with the crew
Chaplains Aide – Baylor Brill: Assist crew in 12th point of scout law, ensure morale is good during planning, practice and trek
Wilderness Pledge Guia – Owen Ray: Ensure crew understands Philmont Wilderness Pledge and Leave no Trace. Ensure camping practices adhere to wilderness ethics outlined in the two approaches.
Quartermaster(s) – Andrew Ratliff / Grant Arundale – Understand equipment requirements for individuals and crew. Understand what equipment Philmont will provide. Communicate with crew and coordinate with adult advisor.
Chief Cook(s) – Aiden Ray / Rory Brill: Understand cooking and food pick-ups, cooking equipment, cooking at altitude adjustments, etc. take charge of instructing crew to cooking and cleaning methods at Philmont.
Health & Certificates – Liam King: Assist adult advisor on getting health and certificates required to adult advisor as required.
